based in Zürich and soon in Athens.

Founded in 2019 by the siblings Margarita and Armin Kaske, OCTO provides a wide range of bespoke designs to support our clients with their projects, tailored to their needs and requirements. With every project, we work with you to effortlessly challenge concepts of living and working to create locations, emotions and experiences with our architecture.
For private and commercial clients, we work with you on your architectural projects to bring timeless design, while integrating and interpreting local and traditional elements. With regard to the seasons and the location of the property, we strive for an individual solution.
We have extensive knowledge in the areas of residential, serviced & micro-apartments and the hotel industry in general. Prior to OCTO Armin and Margarita were project managers at Hotel Alex Lake Zürich, Waldhotel Bürgenstock, Motel One Zurich, Jyon Zürich and luxury villas in the Zürich area and in Greece.

The Octo Story
Octo was founded by Margarita Kaske, MRICS. Margarita grew up in the small village of Proastion, in the Mani, Greece. After completing Lyceum in the local school in Kardarmyli, Messinias, Margarita went on to study Architecture (Dipl. Eng) in Germany and completed a Masters in Real Estate (Curem) in Zurich, Switzerland. She is also a member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA) and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Margarita has worked mainly in Switzerland since 2008, with international projects in Greece, China and France.
Margarita’s latest project was Alex Lake Zurich; a luxury boutique hotel on the Western shore of Zurich’s iconic lake. Working as the Project Manager for Marazzi + Paul over a period of 6 years, Margarita oversaw the development from concept development, to architecture and implementation.
